River Plate shares lead in Argentina

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP)—River Plate beat Arsenal 1-0 ugg boots 2010 Sunday to take a share of the lead in Argentina’s Apertura tournament and look more like a champion than a possible candidate for relegation. Gabriel Funes Mori scored with a second-half header to improve River Plate to 13 points—the same as Velez Sarsfield and Estudiantes, which has a game in hand on the other two. Relegation in Argentina is based on the results over several seasons Boca Juniors also claimed a much-needed win Sunday. Goals from Lucas Viatri, Martin Palermo and Juan Insaurralde earned a 3-1 victory at Olimpo and eased the pressure on new coach Claudio Borghi after a stuttering start to UGG Mini Boots the season.
